Common questions

Do I own the site?

One-time builds transfer full ownership after final payment. The monthly plan does not transfer ownership.

What do I receive with the one-time build?

You receive the full project source, production-ready output, and a short README for local development and deployment.

Can I cancel the monthly plan?

The monthly plan has a 12-month minimum. If you cancel early, you owe the remaining payments through month 12.

What counts as an edit?

Monthly edits cover updates to existing text/images/links on existing pages within scope. New pages, new sections, and custom features are add-ons.

What does "5 pages" mean?

A standard build includes five core pages (commonly Home, About, Services, Work, Contact).

Can you work with my domain and email?

Yes. You keep your domain and email provider. We handle setup and DNS changes as needed.
